Link Chains for Scraper Chain Conveyors are generally Case Carburized for High Wear / Abrasive Resistance characteristics having close dimensional tolerances for running of chains & associated connectors over sprockets with reliability under severe operating conditions and / or at high speeds. Generally manufactured as per OEM Design.

SPECIFICATION:

Material: Ni Cr Moly Steel.
Heat Treatment: Case Carburized, Double Quenched with Core Refining & Tempered.
Surface Hardness: HRC 58 - 62.
Process of Manufacture: Resistance Butt Welding up to 20 mm Dia and Flash Butt Welding 22 mm and above
Case Depth: 0.1d with Tolerance ± 0.01d
Delivery condition: Chains are calibrated & supplied in matched pairs.
